Not actually a word-for-word tutorial, however just showing the 7 stages it took me to create a bloodthirsty zombie.

I use Adobe Photoshop cS2 for my photomanipulations. So most of the tutorials I read are for Photoshop.

If you are familiar with Photoshop and photomanipulation, then you may pick up on the process real quick just by looking at this demo.
I learned that this technique can be used in many different ways, other than making zombies.. but i like zombies, so i made a zombie. I also wanted to show you that my version turned out different than the tutorial i read. (link is above).

*Photomanipulation to me is experimenting with elements to create one piece made to look like a painting or a photograph, from your imagination alone.*
